Are you still seeing this error? You should have access now. You may need to log out and try again to reset any cached logins.
Hey, I have had a look at our logs and think it could also be an issue with your local machine time being out of sync with the world clock which causes your login to fail. Could you check https://time.is/, it will tell you if your local is out of sync. If it is then there should be an option to sync it up on your machine (eg: mac and windows both let you “Set date and time automatically”). If that doesn’t work give me a shout
